Our revolutionary security concept

Our production company developed the first module system that offers the customer absolute security regarding sterility. The needle and needle nozzle are integrated into a disposable module, the hygiene module. By completing it through a membrane, new protection was created, which preserves the handpiece from contamination by contaminated liquids and air circulation. This ensures the health of the end user - a transfer of diseases is excluded through this new development.

Practical and user -friendly

The module can be easily docked to the handpiece with the help of the bayonet closure. Different needle types can be changed with ease, and the replacement of the needle nozzle and the needle as with previous systems can be exchanged. Annoying cleaning and autoclaving of parts of the handpiece after use are also a thing of the past.

Hygiene and perfection

The pigment color is filled into an opening in the hygiene module. The color reservoir contained in the module enables long work on the contour. The constant refilling of the pigment color is no longer necessary.

The highest precision from the needle drive to the needle tip is ensured by leading the needles in the fine needle of medical plastic (Lexan® 144R-111 Resin).

The needles contained in the hygiene module were optimized - they do maximum color income with minimal trauma.

    All consumables are sterilized. For an additional plus of security, the packaging is in the clean room of the class 100,000. A batch tracking is also carried out.
